Terms
of Sale
Full payment, including shipping and handling
fees if applicable, is required to complete
an order. No work will proceed until full
payment is received. No refunds will be
given for orders that have been received
by prepress department. |
One Day Rush Service
To qualify for one-day service, your order
must be placed, all files uploaded, and
all files approved by 5pm Pacific Standard
Time. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will
be processed on Monday. Orders placed before
the deadline will be shipped by 4PM Pacific
Standard Time the next business day.

Refund
Policy
All sales are final,
unless otherwise noted. After an order has
been sent to prepress department, the customer
is responsible for paying the entire amount
of that order, unless otherwise noted. In
some cases, a refund may be extended to
the customer if no work has been completed
by XpressPrint-Online for that order. In
such cases, the customer will be charged
a $15 cancellation fee, which would be in
addition to any fees charged for proofs
if applicable. In some cases, an order may
be voided the same day the order was placed
as long as no work has been completed by
XpressPrint-Online for that order.

File Requirements
All images, after being enlarged or reduced
for reproduction, will crop approximately
1/16" to 1/8" to allow for bleed.
See the Digital Checklist for more details.
We cannot process orders that do not meet
the minimum requirements.

Turnaround Times
We start counting the turnaround time when
you send your order to press. Orders sent
to press after 5pm Pacific Standard Time
will begin counting turnaround time the
next business day. If you order a fax or
hard copy proof, turnaround begins when
we receive proof approval. Allow additional
business days for delivery based on the
shipping method you selected. Business days
are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays
and Sundays do not count when calculating
turnaround.
Turnaround does not begin until acceptable
artwork has been provided. Please note that
if we are unable to print your files because
they do not conform to our file requirements,
your job status will return to "On
Hold-Need Artwork" and your turnaround
time will be reset.
For jobs that do not have complete digital
source files provided, turnaround begins
when we have the photos and artwork needed
to print your postcard, not from when the
order is first submitted.
Turnaround time for accepted artwork is
guaranteed. The remedy for failing to meet
a deadline is limited to a refund of any
rush charges or a courtesy rush on your
next order. Cancellation of an order based
on turnaround time is only allowed if the
original order clearly states that the job
is time sensitive and that if it cannot
be shipped by the contracted date the customer
does not want us to process the order.
XpressPrint-Online assumes no responsibility
for delays caused by delivery carriers or
any damages resulting from the failure to
receive a job on time. Our expected delivery
date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive
late due to unforeseen delays in delivery
service, the breakdown of equipment, illness,
etc.

Will Call
Will Call orders will be kept for 30 days
from the delivery of the notification email.
Orders left at XpressPrint-Online for more
than 30 days will be considered abandoned
and be recycled.

Changing Files Once Sent to Press
Once a job has been approved by customer
and "sent to press" no changes are allowed
to the artwork, job characteristics, or
turnaround time. After an order has been
sent to prepress department, the customer
is responsible or paying the entire amount
of that order, unless otherwise noted. In
some cases, a refund may be extended to
the customer if no work has been done by
XpressPrint-Online on that order. In such
cases, the customer will be charged a $15
cancellation fee.

Complaints
All complaints must be registered with in
24 hours of receipt of job. Should the job
contain manufacturing errors and/or defects,
we would rerun the job at no charge. We
maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing
error and defect is.

Proofs
Shipped orders with a color proof that are
not resembling the color and/or positioning
on the final proof will be rerun at no charge.
We have the final judgment as to what accuracy
range is possible to match the color proof.
You are 100% responsible for the accuracy
of your layouts. Please proofread all layouts
carefully. As postal regulations are subject
to change, you are also 100% responsible
for complying with current mailing restrictions
for postcard backside layouts. Check with
your local Post Office.
XpressPrint-Online will reproduce color
from submitted transparencies, slides, photos,
or digital layouts as closely as possible,
but cannot exactly match color and density
(as viewed in a 5000K light booth) because
of limitations in the printing process,
as well as neighboring image ink requirements.
The accuracy of each color reproduction
is guaranteed to be within 85-90% of the
original image you submitted. We accept
no responsibility for color variations between
submitted images and the actual artwork
or product they represent.
Please note that if you order a Next Day
Hardcopy Proof your order must be placed,
all files uploaded, and all files approved
by 1pm Pacific Standard Time in order for
us to promise a next day delivery. We reserve
the right to charge an additional $15 per
page if a customer requests a Next Day Hardcopy
Proof for a multi-page document and or an
additional $15 per proof if a customer requests
more than one Next Day Hardcopy Proof on
any order.

Sales Tax
All California orders are subject
to sales tax. If customer is tax exempt,
exemption certificate must be sent or faxed
to us with to first job.

Indemnification
The customer will indemnify and hold harmless
the printer, XpressPrint-Online, from any
and all loss, cost expense, and damages
on any and all manner of claims, demands,
actions and proceeding that may be instituted
against the printer on the grounds alleging
that said printing violates any copyright
or any proprietary right of any person.
You certify that you own the rights to use
the image(s) being reproduced on your order.

Delivery
Quoted turnaround times start when we verify
your order, provided we have the photos
and artwork needed to print your postcard,
not from when the order is first submitted.

Orders shipped by Air Cargo must be picked
up at the airport! Delivery to your door
is not included or available when you select
